Hrishub International Limited Facilitates Landmark MoU Between NIPSS and Wurom Legacy Trust Fund on ICT Development Advancing ICT innovation, youth empowerment, and sustainable digital transformation in Plateau State

History was made in Plateau State as the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) and the Wurom Legacy Trust Fund signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) development, in a landmark partnership facilitated by Hrishub International Limited in its role as consultant.
The MoU signing ceremony took place on October 27, 2025, at the Directorate of Research Hall, NIPSS, Kuru, marking a strategic commitment to drive innovation, enhance capacity building, and promote sustainable development within Nigeria’s ICT ecosystem.

As the consultant and facilitator, Hrishub International Limited played a central role in conceptualizing, structuring, and coordinating the partnership between NIPSS and the Wurom Legacy Trust Fund. – Prof. Ayo Omotayo, Director General, NIPSS
– Da Austin Dalyop, Chairman, Wurom Legacy Trust Fund
The ceremony was witnessed by an esteemed gathering of traditional rulers, community leaders, and stakeholders, including HRH Da Paul Tadi Tok Gwom Rei Heipang, representing the Gbong Gwom Jos, alongside Berom elders, women leaders, youth leaders, Wurom community leaders, and other respected stakeholders.
A Historic First for the Berom Community
Speaking at the event, HRH Da Paul Tadi Tok Gwom Rei Heipang described the MoU as historic, noting that this is the first time NIPSS is entering into a formal partnership with the Berom community. He emphasized that Prof. Ayo Omotayo’s name will be written in gold in Berom history, conveying the warm regards of His Majesty and affirming that the Berom nation does not take this partnership for granted.
