Celebrating the Class of 2025
Hrishub proudly celebrates a historic milestone with the graduation of the Class of 2025 — the very first cohort of the Hrishub TechUp Programme, hosted at Wurom Tech Hub.
This groundbreaking initiative, delivered through a strategic collaboration between Wurom Tech Hub, Hrishub International Limited, and the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), successfully equipped 44 outstanding participants with the advanced digital skills needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving economy.
The programme represents a powerful fusion of innovation, technology, policy leadership, and community development. By combining NIPSS’s strategic vision for national development with Wurom’s innovation ecosystem and Hrishub’s practical, technology-driven training model, a new generation of digitally empowered changemakers has emerged.
From Learning to Earning: Inspiring Student Success Stories
One of the most memorable moments of the graduation ceremony was the student showcase. Participants confidently took the stage to demonstrate how the skills they acquired during the programme had transformed their personal and professional lives — sharing practical projects, digital solutions, business improvements, and innovative ideas developed throughout the training.
The testimonies were both inspiring and powerful. Many graduates described their journey from complete beginners to confident innovators — applying their newly acquired skills to improve business operations, create new income streams, and position themselves for opportunities within the digital economy.
Their stories captured the true essence of the Hrishub TechUp Programme:
Learning that leads to earning. Skills that lead to impact. Ideas that lead to execution.

Official Certification and Recognition
The ceremony reached its pinnacle with the formal presentation of certificates to all 44 graduates, marking their transition from learners to certified digital innovators.
Certificates were presented by a distinguished panel of leaders, including:
• A representative of His Royal Majesty, Da. Jacob Gyang Buba, the Gwom Wei Haipang
• The Director-General of NIPSS, Prof. Da. Ayo Omotayo
• Traditional rulers, district heads, and community leaders
These certificates carry significant institutional weight, bearing the official endorsement and signatures of both the Chairman of Wurom Tech Hub and the Director-General of NIPSS — affirming that Cohort 1.0 graduates are prepared to compete, innovate, and lead within Nigeria’s growing digital economy and beyond.
Honoring Visionary Leadership
The event also marked the birthday celebration of the Director-General of NIPSS, Prof. Da. Ayo Omotayo. The occasion brought together an impressive gathering of traditional, academic, and community leaders — including representatives of the Gwom Wei Haipang, district heads, chiefs, Ngo Sarah Ochepe (Women Leader Worldwide and BECO President), Hrishub facilitators, and members of the Wurom Tech Hub community.
The celebration highlighted Prof. Omotayo’s unwavering commitment to human capital development, digital transformation, and national progress — a reminder of how vital visionary leadership is to building a future-ready workforce for Nigeria.
A Tribute to Strategic Partnerships
The success of Hrishub TechUp Cohort 1.0 would not have been possible without the trust, collaboration, and commitment of key stakeholders. The Hrishub Team extends its heartfelt appreciation to:
His Royal Majesty, Da. Jacob Gyang Buba, and the Wurom Legacy Trust Foundation — for their confidence in Hrishub’s mission and their dedication to creating opportunities for young people through technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Prof. Da. Ayo Omotayo and NIPSS — for embracing the Hrishub model of digital literacy and technology-driven empowerment, and for helping establish a new benchmark for capacity building and workforce development in Nigeria.
This collaboration between traditional leadership, policy institutions, and innovation ecosystems shows what’s possible when stakeholders unite around a shared vision for national development.

Recognizing the Hrishub Facilitators
As the ceremony drew to a close, special recognition was given to the Hrishub facilitators whose dedication, expertise, and commitment made the programme a resounding success. The Chairman of Wurom Tech Hub and the Director-General of NIPSS commended them for delivering world-class training and creating an environment where participants could learn, innovate, and grow.
Their recognition underscored an important truth: behind every successful cohort is a passionate team committed to transforming lives through education and technology.

Looking Ahead
The graduation of Hrishub TechUp Cohort 1.0 is more than the completion of a training programme — it is the beginning of a movement.
As these 44 graduates step into the future as digital innovators, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers, they carry with them the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s digital transformation agenda.
Hrishub remains committed to expanding opportunities, building technology capacity, fostering innovation, and creating pathways for sustainable economic growth through digital empowerment.
To the Class of 2025: congratulations on your achievement. You are pioneers, innovators, and leaders of Nigeria’s digital future.
The journey has only just begun.
